Iain Dowie is weighing up whether to recall Wayne Andrews from his loan spell at Bristol City to work with the pacy forward for a third time after signing him at Oldham and Crystal Palace.
‘He was involved in my brother’s team at Chesham, along with another lad called Fitz Hall, and I went to watch them several times when I was at Oldham and brought them both back to my club,’ said the Coventry City boss.
‘I had to pay £20,000 for Fitz who has gone on to play for Wigan and Wayne has since moved for a few quid to a couple of clubs.
‘So I am delighted for Wayne because he is a great lad.
‘People can misconstrue him but he is a tough boy with blistering pace and is certainly one we are looking at.’
