Coventry City’s progress into a televised FA Cup quarter-final against Chelsea is worth £750,000 to the club according chairman Ray Ranson.
Manager Chris Coleman told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: ‘I’m glad he didn’t tell me before the game!’
Blackburn were swept aside at the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday night, and Coleman wants a repeat of that performance against Guus Hiddink’s side.
He said: ‘It’s fantastic. I can’t wait.
‘Our fans deserve it. They’ve been brilliant with us this season.
‘And if we’re on form like today, who knows what might happen?’
