West Bromwich Albion might have more to play in Saturday’s local derby against Coventry City but Sky Blues boss Iain Dowie wants three points for his side from their last home game of the season.

‘Saturday is the start of our preparations for next year,’ he said.

‘It’s our last home game and we must, must send the fans away with some belief.

‘I think they do believe that we’ve turned things around and played some good football.

‘But too many times this season we’ve played well but got nothing out of the game, and that’s what infuriated me last Saturday.

‘We’ve got to be sharper, more ruthless – I want to see us being clinical in both boxes.

‘As far as I’m concerned, this is a must-win game for us.’
